| So anyone know anything on Mxr python? Or AlexP?
I know Alex is fast, but they posting times that a half to almost a full second than TPR Box's pole time last season. Which I find hard to believe, unless they were dirty... Then who cares! Lol
Anyways, Chad can you also lock this to only Visible to XPR members have it slipped as a topic in the TORA threads. So that we can discuss team related stuff about TORA, I.e. tunes, races, paints. If you have questions or concerns bud, just let me kno.

| II Alex P II is stupid quick, I mean top 10 in R1 leaderboard quick. I compete against him in Formula Forza, he won the Mazda Cup championship over me by 109 points, which in FF is huge. He got 5/8 poles during that season and won 2/8 races only due to race strategy with power restritions, he had to throw a few races over the season. He won both pole and the race at the only round so far this season.
I highly doubt he will come here.

| oh, Alex is as honest as it gets, im not so sure about Python.
Alex has always been at least 1.5s faster than me in the same car, and the Viper is gonna be the slowest car of the bunch in enduro at sunset so if they said 28's I'd believe Alex

| Pending the current fallout at MXR, if LMR is not granted the car that they rightfully with in the rules selected and the car remains available as per rules, I would like to submit 2 car effort in the Z4( Deftone gave us his graces if they can't get the car) reasons being this: 1) It would promote our team 2) It would provide us with more valuable test data for next season n other upcoming series 3) I just don't want python to stay n that Z4 lol Any of our guys available and interested in doing this? It would still be a lot of fun | |

| SRT had another bad night....what the hell is going to get this team on the up and up. we all had issues (mostly crashes not of our own fault) and qualyifing woes again.... SRT Pennzoil leap frogs SRT FM4 to 20th and FM4 takes a dive to 24th in World Standings. if we had finishes like mine both weeks, we;d be top 10 | |

| ok, after seeing Bandit1097's post in the 2.4hrs of Sunset thread, I sent him this msg and I want to see what you guys thought of it. Markius, if you can help me out here too, just read what I mentioned about the team. - Quote :
- I'm concerned that you are drawing yourself out way too thin over multiple areas in TORA.
I'm happy you enjoy throwing your own series and it seems to have gotten off to a good start. I'm happy you have your own team and are helping some guys out with it.
However, I need you to be counted on for the SRT Teams as well. You are a great asset but I don't want you to be negatively affected for something you've committed to before you've gone into these things. I'm not saying to stop doing the series and your own team and solely do the Viper, and I would never ask you to do that, but there comes a point where doing too much will burn you out, and I don't want to see that happen. I think doing all these things you are doing plus trying to host a 24hr event would deffinitely do it tho. Trust me I know where this is coming from because even I am trying to host my own series, organize this team (which involves talking to SRT, mind you), being a co-leader at a newborn club, fighting for a championship outside TORA, in 3rd year university for Automotive Engineering, have a weekend job, and a girlfriend, and I can say without a doubt that I this is the most I can do without my head exploding, and even then I've probably gone too far, and I will be cutting back for sure once the right peices are put in place at XPR, which will make life a whole lot easier.
Talking to the SRT guys, they are still rooting for us, but we had another bad week as a team and I don't want this to be a recurring theme, especially if I want our partnership to continue and I need your help to push the others to practice as much as they can.
At Suzuka we have a brilliant tune, which would have put myself in A lobby easily last year, but will probably put myself in B lobby optimistically if I don't fuck up qualy, like I did today. I can do 2:04.7's and that is with less than 10 laps total testing. The Viper may be an easy car to drive, but I'm getting the feeling it's a hard car to drive fast, which I think is my fault because I'm not here during the week to coach you all, and I am relying on you guys to practice. I know you can get faster. I think a reasonablt goal for you this weekend is to get into the low 2:06's and maybe into the high 2:05's. Just keep cracking at it and it will come to you.
Remember, I want you to succeed at whatever you do, I don't want to see you crash and burn from it.
Stephen
and what I mean by "putting the right peices in place at XPR", I mean a tuning squad, so I can just distribute and not worry about testing myself on such a limited schedule until the after my bday (at the end of exams) in April. But do I have a fair point and did I make sense?

| Ok I read all that, and I agree with ya. And you do have a fair point... But on the note of tuning squad, we are slowly pulling a in to help n LMR too. That whole TG thing was a bad idea. And we can help on the viper if you need too, I mean Chad and I are both working together on two cars and we are getting faster lap by lap, as seen 2:03s. And tbh, I want your SRT thing to last so we can add some XPR talent into it | |

| my early laps are putting me at mid 2:04's which is a lot better than last year.
as for drivers, it's too late now to swap guys around and it wouldn't be fair to those. I can do 2 subs per team per series for someone if they want to hop onboard for a few races.

| Unless you want subs, but I was referring to ISCC, TEC n maybe next GT if we wish to continue the name in just a GT based series | |

| oh for sure it is going to become an XPR-exclusive thing if I can get an extension. If certain members that are currently on the team make a lasting impact or improve a lot then I will keep them if they are up for it.
Plus I want to keep this to just ISCC after this season. I will be looking to get into different cars for the next GT season.

| Sounds good! Even if they don't wish to extend, we should still run it As for GT, we should have some good info to work with. (SLS n 458) | |

| So I noticed a whole lots GT4 cars available for team or privateer. The TORA GT endurance races are alot of fun, and just because you qualified bad doesnt reflect on how you finish. The first race I started in lobby C, P6, and once the race was finished I had improved to an overall portion of tenth! I jumped an entire lobby lol
But if anyone is interested, just let me know. Next race is Feb 10 at 11am PST and they last about 1 hr 45min.
