tora endurance team

I for one am very interested in the endurance races on Tora for this year. So I'm thinking that we could have a xpr race team for these events. Anyone interested????.

I know Hailfire is going to want Soundwave, Overdrive and I to race with him in the TEC's but he's been rather edgy lately since we joined. I know the Formula Forza guys were thinking of running an LMP1 car for Le Mans, but I think that would be the alien freak show of Drake, Alex, Bulin and FMS Senna. Altho they did say they wanted to enter a few cars, but we'll see.

One thing,how many driver's are you aloud in a team????. I was thinking for the big races if there's only 3 drivers and the big commitment over the weekend,I fear my wife might kick me out!!!

4 max per team. you can do as many hours tho as you want. if you could only do one stint if you couldn't do anymore.

*note to self*: make sure gf is away or busy with something else. Lol I was bad for LM. I saw her earlier in the day but I told her what I was doing (the night shift) and she kept giving me the dirty look. She still gives me hell for it. Even tho I literally spent all day with her. I had the first stint at 9am local and then went to go see her and then had to coem back for 11pm local to start my next stint.

*another note to self* never do 6hrs of driving overnight from 11pm to 7am again. EVEN IF you won lobby A at 5am in the morning.

The first event will be 12hrs of Sebring, teams of four drivers and will be held in march(early).

If we can get atleast 4 drivers confirmed, then we will field atleast one team. But I would love to have two teams.
One for each class, GT and LMP.

it will be interesting to see what builds the cars will be. I'm pretty sure the LMP1's will be the same builds as LM/ISCC last year but the GT's will be interesting. Whether they use GT10 builds or ISCC5 builds.

Well the GT builds are nearly identical, just no handicaps.

But rumor on the ISCC this year is the GTs will have a higher PI than last season, nearly R3-800 so... We will see

Could do with the lower classes for me really!!. Good thing with me being on the u.k is I can do some of the driving when you lot are in bed

Assuming that there will be a LMP and GTE classes:

LMP:
Driver 1: XPR roadrunner
Driver 2: XPR overdrive

GTE:
Driver 1: XPR Soundwave
Driver 2: danfay12

depending on how my schedule is we might need another driver, but I was hoping to run the Viper if it was possible. I don't want to be mudding up my LMP driving for FF with another LMP that isn't the Ferrari.

Venom and Jeep won't want a go?

That's just a temp list, I know they will want. Just waiting for Offcial race details, this is to get the ball rolling.

If you want to do the viper, will it still be Offcial SRT thing or it will it be partnered with XPR, or just XPR viper?

Are we as a team still going to do Sebring??? If so what car or cars are we wanting to run,viper for gte perhaps??.

Just seen on Tora,the stints are for two hours each. Now I don't feel confident enough to start the race ,so I would like to do the 4pm to 6pm if possible. I feel that in the best intrests of our team,that I only do the one stint as I'm the slowest..

no worries! I would like to think I did one hell of job starting the Le Mans (where I won Stint 1 in A lobby) and Britcar (3rd..? in Lobby A).
I offered my streaming services to TORA, so I waiting to hear back from Simon, but I may be on streaming duties later that day.

how are we going to name the teams?

Obviously SRT won't be in the last 3 TEC events, but we can't change the names, so what are we going to name them?

i'd prefer the first 2 opening stints for sebring if possible
